NO support I purchased this product 2 days ago. The licence key the vendor e-mailed me did not work. So I could not activate the program. I have sent 3 e-mails to the vendor. To date I have had no response to my e-mails. From other reviews I have picked up that there are numerous other clients who cannot raise a response from 123PDFCoverter support. Had I known this before I bought I would have purchased from this company.

123 disappointment I did download, install and attempt to use. The pdf files that I wanted to convert appeared as a blank page on the initial attempt. Since I could not get the second page to convert then I was out of luck. It is difficult to judge performance from a blank page. I then decided that I would buy the download. Guess what? I installed PDF to Word Converter 1.0.0.7 on my XP Pro SP2 and unlocked the 3 page limit. For a test file, I used a PDF sent by a colleague that he made on a Mac with MS Office 2007.
